We loved everything about the place, clean, comfortable, spacious right on the water. We were only there one night so we spent the day by the pool and had drinks and dinner at the Island Fish Co just a few miles away. Sean was easy to get in touch with, entry to the property was simple and the house was just what we needed. We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

This was our first time in the Florida keys and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of where to stay. First, Sean was a tremendous host, not knowing too much of the area he recommended some of his favorite spots and none of them disappointed. We were really looking for a place to just relax and we found just that. The townhouse was spacious, very comfortable and right on the water. Sean told us that all mattresses were just replaced and we found them to be very comfortable. The unit looked as if it was recently updated, very clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels and extra pillows. Gaining access to the unit was simple using the code Sean provided. We spent a good amount of time sitting on the porches looking at the water or by the community pool. Actually the kids fished off the sea wall while we were out there. Since the community only has 20 something townhomes you don’t have to worry about a large crowds of people. We also took everyone over to the Aquarium Encounter just a few miles away, tons of sea life to see here. We also spent the day at Sombrero beach just 5 miles South, what a beautiful beach. Sean recommended Sunset Grille for food and to watch the sunset, that was amazing. All in all it was a great trip and we will be back next year for sure!
